Zetsu Dialogue:

Wherefore art thou rose? In the readings of Shakespeare, of course. He refers to roses more than 50 times throughout his popular writings.The real beauty in roses is the story behind them. For centuries, roses have inspired love and brought beauty to those who have received them.







~FLASHBACK~





*pant* *pant*





Kiku sat, her arms around her legs, under the tallest tree where the moonlight lit the darkness sorrounding her space. Her parents have been in a fight earlier, and all the shouting, the objects being thrown against the walls, had caused Kiku to perish in tears and run away for the night. She gasped for air everytime she thought about the tone her father had used against her mother, such a shriek it was even though it was only a light yell. Noise was Kiku's greatest fear and caused her to become vulnerable and, unfortunately, weak.

Finally, 2 hours pass and air was back yet again in her lungs. Kiku's hand clasps on the middle of her forehead from the thumping headache she had. 'I wonder, if they even noticed I'm gone...' was all she wondered. Kiku dries the tears that spilled from her glistening teal eyes while a hand cups her chin up to find a white rose in her face.





"Kiku..." Zetsu softly whispers. Kiku blinked on his presence.





"Wh-where did you come from?" she asks with weakness in her voice.





"What could you be possibly be doing out here?!" his black side barges in.





"Don't scold her for what she has done nothing", his white side slides in.





"Tch! she could be hurt out here!"




"Just shut it and let me handle this one..." They argue back and forth making Kiku giggle.




"I'm alright, Zetsu... thanks", Kiku smiles and stares at the white rose Zetsu hold in his hand.




"Are you lying?" he asks rather close. Kiku huckles and nods as honest as she's always been... except this time. Zetsu smiles and offers the rose, again.



"Give it to her!"



"I am!... geez"

Kiku laughs and takes the rose but doesn't let go as her hands touched his. They locked eyes for an instant, feeling a pinch in her heart once the rose stood in between. Kiku stares and Zetsu only smiles at her giving him the chance to pull her to her feet.





"Walk her home!"




"Stop being so bossy!"





Kiku tugs the rose against her chest as they walk back under the moonlight. Ever since that night, Kiku had fallen in love with her argumentive friend.





~FLASHBACK OVER~








"Kikuuuu-chaaan!!!!" Tobi whined as he approaches Kiku through the school halls.





"Huh? Oh hi Tobi", Kiku greets Tobi as she closes her locker before heading to work.





"Kiku-chan! Something terrible happened!" Tobi tugged on Kiku's sleeve.





"Um, what happened Tobi?" Kiku stayed calm aginst her hyperactive friend.





"Deidara-Senpai! *sniffles* he... *sniffles* he..." Tobi was now on his knees making a huge dramatic scene. Kiku giggled and kneeled on her knees





"Tobi, it's alright, what did Deidara do now?" she calmy asked. Tobi raises his head slowly





"He destroyed a... *sniffles* rosebush!" Tobi cries and pounds the floor in agony





...O_O!!



"WHAT?!" Kuki screams and instantly sprints to the scene finding Deidara standing before the destroyed rosebush, as Tobi had said, along with Hidan.





"Oooo! you're in deep shit now, man", Sasori says while glancing at an angry Kiku ready to capture Deidara in a rock prison. Hidan turns slowly and stares wide-eyed at Kiku.





"You... blew up... A ROSEBUSH?!" Kiku charged for the blonde who tried to run away, but failed. Kiku had already sacked him onto the ground angry enough to threaten a sharp object to his forehead.





"Whoah! Whoah! there!... Kiku, calm down", a couple of strong arms grabbed her waist and pulled her back up. Her body was relatively close to the person behind, she sharply turned her head and blushed to a light shade of red.





"Z-Zetsu?! Um, Oh gawd I-I'm s-sorry!" Kiku dropped her head on her hands and held in her breath. Deidara grunted and stood up with a huge sweatdrop on his head. Kiku peeked her teal eye at Deidara and frowned





"YOU!... Tch!... you better fix this bush!" Kiku pointed her finger at him and looked at the ground trying to calm down.





"Kiku, relax, it was an accident", Zetsu took her finger and held it between his hand. Kiku, once again, blushed and smiled.





"Yea, I'm sorry, Kiku I didn't mean to cause this, I was just showing Sasori how my art really is art... just did it too close to a rosebush", Deidara says and scratched the back of his head in embarrassment. Kiku grimaced and crossed her arms at him, dissatisfied and impatient. She glanced at the roses, all burnt and torn up into pieces. She contacted with it and felt the sharp pain it had within its broken stem. Zetsu pats Kiku's head playfully





"They'll be alright. Fire sometimes brings new life..." he says making Kiku feel a little better.




"OR just completely destroys life"




"Shut up! MUST you always ruin everything!" Zetsu scolded himself




Kiku laughs at him, loving the way he always argued with himself, almost forgetting about the whole situation.





"Well, Deidara, this is by far a WASTE of your so called art", Sasori says flatly and walks away. Deidara grimaces with a vein growing on his head at the red haired guy,"Hey! I'm not done with you yet!" and follows him with his fist in the air. Hidan stalks behind Deidara leaving Zetsu and Kiku alone by the destroyed bush.





"Want me to walk you to work, Kiku?" Zetsu asks. Kiku dozed off for a bit and shook her head to snap out of it and giggled.





"I-Um- uh- sure", she stutters and blushes feeling like a tard (XD).

Kiku worked in one of Konoha's most visited flower shops and enjoyed the satisfaction her customers felt towards their arrangements, therefore, she took the habit on arriving there early. Her love for flowers had also acknowledged her around the village for her determination on flower care.





"I'll come by later on to check up on you", Zetsu says as he walks off after walking Kiku to work. Kiku waved goodbye with her cheeks burning up from their long conversation. She opens the door with a bell clinging and her dad peered up from his plate.





"Kiku, honey, you're late!" Kiku's dad throws his fork in the air as he hate his dumplings behind the counter.





"Dad, my shift doesn't start for 30 minutes, I'm early as always", Kiku says while tossing her backpack in the back room. Her dad pondered about that and laughed at himself,"Oh that's right"





"Kiku, I gotta go out to pick up our imported Camellias, so the shop will be under your watch for a couple of hours. Can I trust you?" her dad asks and wiped his mouth. Kiku turns around and thought it over for a bit but then agreed after imagining all the silence there will be.





"Yes, you may!", Kiku says and gives him a peace sign.

Kiku's dad was long gone from what she expected. A couple of customers have been walking in and out but all had asked for Camellias that haven't been brought in yet. Kiku sighed enjoying the silence in the shop. The night was lit by the moonlight outside, Kiku walked over and did a quick sketch on it.





She paces around the shop feeling a little bored, so she turns the "OPEN" sign around to "CLOSED" and heads to the greenhouse that hid behing their shop. As she opens the door of the greenhouse, her face plays a smile from the variety of colors that bloomed in the room.




"Ah, now this is more like it!" Kiku skipped inside and watered all the flowers except for the one hidden in the very back with vines sorrounding it. She carefully made her way through the forest like path to the white rose Zetsu had given her and kneels to observe it.





"Where the hell is she?" a grouchy voice startles Kiku she fells back and faced Zetsu from the ground.




"Ah, there she is. Just got to be patient sometimes"




"I don't have time for nonsense has patience!"




"Stop your whining, at least we found her"





Kiku blinked at Zetsu's random appearance but laughed finding himself arguing again. She rolled on her tummy and stood herself up.




"What are you doing here?" Kiku asks in curiosity while brushing the leaves off her white long sleeved shirt. Zetsu doesn't respond but looks around the place with a smirk on his face.





"This place is very..." Zetsu snorts and looks at Kiku,"nah not as much as you". Kiku raises an eyebrow





"What do you mean?" she asks shyly. Zetsu chuckles and opens his mouth to speak




"Beautiful!"




"Why do you keep on doing that, it's bothersome you know"





"Well you are too suspensful, it irritates me"



"Why do I even intend on keeping this up with you, go away"





"I can't do that, you douche!"





"Hey! stop that..." Kiku held her belly from laughing too much. Zetsu glanced at her and chuckled realizing he had, again, been arguing with himself. Kiku giggles at herself and Zetsu smiles seeing her pretty smile. He walks to her and takes her hands between his making Kiku stop to her giggles.





"Um..." her cheeks turn red but she smiles it off.





"It's been a while since I saw you laughing like that..." he smiles and tightens his grip on her hands. Kiku looks down feeling her state of shyness prevailing over her.





"I-I... Only smile w-when you're around, honestly", she felt like falling to the floor from admitting that out of the blue.





"I'm taking over!"




"The hell you're not!"





Zetsu smirked and shifted his hands to her waist pulling her in closer and clashed lips together. Kiku's eyes widened in shock, her hands didn't know where to drop until she got the courage to kiss back and placed her hands on the back of his neck. He then paced backwards to pin her against a wall and started to kiss her neck. Kiku didn't know how to react towards until he kissed a soft spot on her neck. She moaned in pleasure and arched her back to shape their bodies together. Zetsu caught her arching and slowly made their way through the clothes.





The environment was humid with the heat of Zetsu's body against Kiku's. Kiku rested on a soft bush as Zetsu laid on top thrusting his pelvis onto hers. Her hands gripped on his shoulders as he slammed into her. She closed her eyes in pleasure and her mouth was slightly open, letting moans and groans escape her pink lips. Her head arched back and Zetsu leaned down and licked her throat, then sucked on it only making her moan louder. Sweat trailed down Zetsu's lean abs and he grunted each time he thrusted into Kiku, his hands gripped on her thighs. The sprinklers then turned on in the greenhouse only intensing the scene as water sprayed the both of them. Kiku felt a different sensation in her body as her climax was ready to burst. Zetsu thrusted and slammed into her, as well on to reaching his climax. As their bodies slid against eachother from the sprinklers, Kiku hears a jingle. Zetsu hears it too and looks up while panting along with Kiku.




"Kiku? where in tarnation are you and why does the sign say "CLOSED"?" her dad says from the front desk and drops a heavy box as he arrives. Kiku and Zetsu look at eachother and smile. Zetsu slowly slips himself out and picks his lover up slowly. Kiku's hips felt numb she rested her hands on Zetsu's shoulders for support. She laughed and kissed his cheek. Zetsu kissed her neck and chuckled under his breath.





"I better go out there", Kiku says through a couple of pants. Water dripped from his nose and water dripped from the ends of her polished hair. Before she could drop her hands off him he grabs her face between his hands and is inches away.





"I love you", he whispers through the spraying water of the greenhouse. Kiku didn't have to answer for she had loved him first. She leaned in and kissed him on the lips with water on his lips. Zetsu licked her bottom lip and Kiku giggled, she pulled away



"My dad is going to catch us in here, Zetsu", she chuckled and caressed his cheek. Zetsu smirked ran his hands up and down her sides gmaking Kiku's spine shiver.




"I love you", she says and kissed his lips again. Kiku teases him by sucking on his bottom lip and ran off leaving him smirking at her.

"Kiku, where the hell were you, the shop could have been robbed for crying out loud", her dad whined as he arranged the Camellias in place. Kiku stared at the green house door and rubbed her swollen lip.





"Kiku, are you listening? and what happened to your neck... Is that... A HICKIE?!" her dad blurts. Kiku blinks in shock but quickly thinks on her feet prepared to lie...




"Dad, relax I got a little allergic reaction from the chemical I used to spray the flowers..." Kiku says and giggles under her breath waiting for a response. Her dad studies Kiku's smile and her neck in suspicion making Kiku's breath lock in place...




"....Alright", he says rather convinced and unpacked the rest of the Camellias.
